Ans lencho was happy when rain fell because it brought with it a promise of a god crop but has happiness soon changed into concern when rain was followed by a hailstorm which listed for more then in hour dahel stones damaged the corn crops sown by him completely with the crops has only means of survival gone
he and his family would have nothing to eat for the whole year.

Ans. lencho kept watching towards the north east in the sky because he could see rain cold gathering there it meant that rain would fall soon and bring with it the promise of a rich harvest lencho hard work would be rewarded and his family would have a satisfying year ahead.
Q.3 why did lencho write a letter to God?
Ans. Lencho wrote a letter to God because has crops hard been destroyed completely by a hailstorm he and his family would have to face starvation with nothing to eat throughout the year he was sad and depressed but has faith in God gave him hope hi thus wrote a letter to god asking him to send him 100 pesos which would help him and his family to survive through the year ahead it would also help him to show his fields again.
Q.4 who got lencho's letter and what did he do?
Ans. A postman got lencho later he handed it to the postmaster the postmaster open need it and was moved by lencho's faith in God he did not went faith to be shaken therefore he decided to collect money for lencho from the post office staff and his friends. He himself contributed a part of his salary for lencho.
He then placed the money in an envelope with a letter on which only god was written . He handed it to lencho when he came to the post office to collect his letter.
